Andrew Tate sleeps around 6-7 hours a day. However, he follows a particular strategy.
When you're a child, you don't go to bed until you're really tired, but when you're an adult, you go to bed because you know you have to do things the next day.
Tate avoids the latter. He only goes to bed when he's genuinely tired.
Many adults go to bed when they're not tired, at a certain time. Tate doesn't give himself a bedtime.
Even if he has to be up at 6AM, if he's not tired at 3AM, he'll just stay up. What's the worst that can happen? The next day he argues that he'll just get a good night's sleep.
